Refund Policy

All bookings require a non refundable deposit 

Refunds will be honored only on the conditions listed below

If the event needs to be cancelled due to  rain or  lightning storms, excessive heat warnings, strong winds the customer will be offered a refund or they can rebook there event for any available time slot up to 12 months from date of the original scheduled event date

the event was booked at least 60 days in advance and is cancelled no sooner than 15 days prior to the scheduled event date a full refund will be given if customer chooses not to reschedule 

If Bus’n’Ax fails to physically pre inspect the event site   prior to the event for safe and  proper access and setup and is unable to fulfill contractual obligations for any other  reason other than the ones listed above the customer will be given a full refund and we will rebook your event for a different location and future date that hasn’t already been booked as far out as 12 months in advance  from date of scheduled event for free
